A workflow that actually works
Record, manage, and publish videos without delays, bottlenecks, or unnecessary complexity.
Where your recordings live
Three questionsWhere do my video files get stored?
Storage depends on workflow. If using cloud recording platforms, original files are stored in the platform’s cloud under your subscription. Alternatively, files can be stored locally on your computer.
Will I need additional storage right away?
No. File sizes are manageable, and most users won’t need extra storage initially. If storage becomes an issue, an external solid-state drive can be added easily.
Do I need to manage my video files?
It’s not essential at the start. Most cloud based recording platforms automatically timestamp files, making them easy to find later. However you save your recording, file management best practices are introduced in your video coaching.
Getting started and getting seen
Two questions
Do I have to post constantly on social media for video to work?
No. Video isn’t just about social posting. Website video, educational content, and sales nurture assets are often more important, especially for high-value clients.
Should I wait until I feel ready before investing in video?
No. Waiting until everything feels perfect often delays growth. Investing in systems and visibility helps create momentum rather than waiting for confidence to arrive first.
Is your video process slower than it should be?
See how to simplify your workflow so recording, editing, and publishing happen without delays or friction.
